Established in 2000 by Greek artist and curator Dimitrios Antonitsis, the Hydra School Projects (HSP) is a nonprofit platform that organizes exhibitions and supports publications showcasing tendencies in contemporary art and culture. For the 20th edition of HSP the exhibition will be held at the historic Tsamados Mansion, the Merchant Marine Academy. The upcoming exhibition of HSP is titled “AWE”. It addresses the overwhelming feeling of reverence and admiration caused by that which is grand and sublime. The artists investigate the mixed emotions of reverence, respect, dread and wonder inspired by great beauty or might.

Participating artists: Clare Woods (UK), Scott Covert (USA), Stelios Faitakis, Nina Papaconstantinou, Antonis Larios, Malvina Panagiotidi, Edouard Sakaillan (Greece) and others.
